Module 1, iLead, is focused on the leader’s role in the transformational process.
-
Values. Values are foundational beliefs that drive behavior. We clarify the values essential for all transformational leaders (influence, relationships, & integrity). Each participant also identifies their own personal values and sense of purpose.
-
Vision. Vision is the catalyst for impact. Effective leaders clarify their vision and know how to join others to a common purpose.
-
Impact. Transformation occurs as leaders stop the status quo, take calculated risks and innovate.
Our Curriculum
Working with multiple partners in various settings for many years, our message and interactive style of communication is now at home in LEADERshift IMPACT.
Module 2, youLead, is focused on the leader’s role for engaging others toward transformation.
-
Capacity. We give leaders the tools they need to know their strengths and recognize the unique capacity of each team member.
-
Engage: Leaders create an environment that engages all toward a shared vision by helping things go right (Empowerment) and fixing what is wrong (Conflict).
-
Success: Transformation occurs as leaders multiply their impact through others by maximizing the strengths of all, not just one,
Module 3, weLead, is focused on team building. Effective teams accomplish far more than effective individuals.
-
Community. Successful teams feel like “family.” Team members trust one another as each member actively participates in their shared purpose.
-
Solutions. Effective leaders solve problems by guiding team members in a collaborative decision making process. Team members feel like co-owners, not hired help.
-
Results. An atmosphere of enthusiasm for transformation is created where members hold one another accountable for achieving results.
