We connect participants to the 10 Characteristics of a Transformational Leader through 3 distinct modules of training. Each module has a unique focus and takes 14-16 hours to complete. Normally all 3 modules are scheduled over the course of one year. A common thread runs through each module:

1. Foundation. We begin with the foundation necessary to cultivate transformation.

2. Catalyst. The catalyst is the line that separates leaders from followers. 

3. Transformation. We focus on the positive change effective leaders bring.
